Damages or faults

We work hard to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, but transit-related damage can sometimes occur beyond our control.

To resolve any issues quickly, please inspect packages upon arrival. Note any packaging damage when signing for the delivery.

Inspect products for damage or defects promptly and inform us within 24 hours by email or phone in the unlikely event of any damage or defects.

Each order of Petra™ Ceiling Tiles comes in boxes of 20 tiles. The tiles are designed for use with a standard suspended ceiling grid system and require no additional fixings. Installation is straightforward — simply place the tiles into the ceiling grid. Please note that the ceiling grid system is not included and must be purchased separately unless arranged otherwise.

We currently do not sell ceiling grid systems directly online, but we are working to include this option. If you require a ceiling grid for your Petra™ Ceiling Tiles, please contact us. Our team can recommend compatible systems and assist with sourcing, ensuring your installation process is smooth and efficient.

Petra™ Ceiling Tiles have been tested in accordance with GB/T16731–1997 and deliver an impressive Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 0.90, which is equivalent to a Class A sound absorption rating — the highest level of acoustic performance available. This means they are highly effective at absorbing sound and reducing noise in busy environments.

Yes — Petra™ Ceiling Tiles feature a special paint coating that helps prevent dust accumulation. For optimal maintenance:

Regularly clean ventilation systems, as they are a primary source of dust, dirt, and oil contamination.
Do not wash tiles with excessive water or detergent.
For minor stains or fingerprints, gently scrub with an eraser.
Use a soft brush or vacuum with appropriate power to remove dust. Vacuum in the same direction as the surface pattern to avoid damaging the finish.
For fabric surfaces, dust and vacuum regularly. Spot clean with a damp sponge and mild detergent when necessary. Full washing is not recommended.
Cleaning is typically recommended every month to maintain appearance and performance.

Petra™ Ceiling Tiles are manufactured to precise tolerances. Each tile is slightly smaller than its nominal size to ensure a perfect fit in ceiling grids. For example:
