Returns and Cancellations 

At The Acoustics Store, we understand that circumstances may arise necessitating a product return or cancellation. Here’s a summary of our return and cancellations policy:

Customised or Made-to-Order Items

Unfortunately, returns for customised or made-to-order items are not accepted unless they are reported as damaged upon delivery. For this, please refer to the ‘Returns of Faulty or Damaged Products’ section below.

These are non-exchangeable unless faulty or damaged. Please check the product page to determine if an item is made to order.

Stock Items

Unused stock items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days after their delivery, after consultation with our team.

If you wish to return a stock item, please be aware that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Prior to returning the product, kindly contact us for necessary instructions.

Please note that sample items are non-returnable.

Returns of Faulty or Damaged Products

We work hard to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, but transit-related damage can sometimes occur beyond our control.

To resolve any issues quickly, please inspect packages upon arrival. Note any packaging damage when signing for the delivery.

Inspect products for damage or defects promptly and inform us within 24 hours by email or phone in the unlikely event of any damage or defects.

To initiate a return, you can contact us with photos of the product and packaging.

If a product arrives faulty or damaged and the evidence photos provided by the customer are approved by our team upon inspection, we will cover the return costs of any damaged or faulty items and we would arrange collection of those items within 7 working days. Replacements will follow the specific lead time outlined on the product page.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. Simply contact us, and we’ll promptly process your cancellation and issue a refund if necessary.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

Changing an Order

If you need to change your order after making it, please contact us within 24 hours before your products are manufactured or dispatched.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on stocked products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and not damaged.

Standard Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing their shipping label and covering shipping costs when returning items for exchange.

Processing Time

Once received and inspected, exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.
