Customised or made-to-order items 

Unfortunately, returns for customised or made-to-order items are not accepted unless they are reported as damaged upon delivery. For this, please refer to the Damages section. 

Stock items 

If you wish to return a stock item, please be aware that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Prior to returning the product, kindly contact us for necessary instructions. Sample items 

Please note that sample items are non-returnable. 

Damages or faults 

We work hard to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, but transit-related damage can sometimes occur beyond our control. To resolve any issues quickly, please inspect packages upon arrival. Note any packaging damage when signing for the delivery. Inspect products for damage or defects promptly and inform us within 24 hours by email or phone. To initiate a return, you can contact us with photos of the product and packaging. 

Cancellations 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. Simply contact us, and we’ll promptly process your cancellation and issue a refund if necessary. 

Changing an order 

If you need to change your order after making it, please contact us within 24 hours before your products are manufactured or dispatched.
